WE GOT AN OFFER ON THE OTHER HOUSE!!! I have to shout that because it seems like it's taken FOREVER. Paying for two houses really hurts.
The funny thing is we actually got two offers. We got one on Tuesday and we countered. Late Tuesday night we got another one. I couldn't believe it. It's a good thing we did because the first buyer didn't accept our counter and were limited in the loan they could get. Boooo..... Luckily the 2nd buyer accepted what we countered for them and we signed a contract late yesterday afternoon.
I'm so excited and a bit nervous. I just want it all to go smoothly. Luckily the buyer needs to get in quickly so we're closing in 2 weeks instead of 4. I'm actually happy about that because that means one less payment for us if all goes well.
