I got an email late yesterday afternoon saying that the buyer had signed the contract and it was already with the title company. Whew! Glad that's done.
What I didn't know was that the buyer decided to schedule the inspection for TODAY!! Wow, that is fast. I guess she's wanting to get it done during her option period....understandable. The good thing is, just in case, we're still getting showings. I love to see the traffic.
PLEASE PRAY today around 2:00 central time, that the inspection goes well and we continue to move forward. I don't know of any reason that it wouldn't, but of course, I'm just a little nervous. The next step will be to pray that the sale of her house on Monday goes through fine.
