I had to post about this. I love the many things my kiddos say. Some are just so darn funny. For those of you that know Caitie, you will totally agree that this is her...
I was helping her get dressed and she had put on some pants that were a little big for her. So, I was pinning them with a safety pin.
She said: "Careful, you're dealing with little children."
OH MY GOSH, I had to try not to bust out laughing. She would have gotten embarrassed. That was so darn cute though!

I popped in to say HI and how cute was that...and I read about an answered prayer in church yesterday too:) I know what you mean..when the kiddos were younger there were times when I did not 'hear' it all...BUT we were there...and now, everyone knows why we are there...

Yep, I truly believe that my retreat weekend has helped me so much to be able to listen and hear God. I LOVE it!

Oh Mindi, I'm so glad. It scared me too when my oldest got tubes 7 years ago. I hated it when they took her away from me. It didn't take very long though before she was waking up and they were calling me in there. So, I didn't have much time to think about it.

Don't you love those little things kids say? I wish I had a handy little microphone attached to me that I could catch it all with. I try to be good about writing down the best things, but their very voices make it all cuter. You'll be glad you journaled this!
Caitie is always saying something funny so I've started keeping my journal in my datebook. My datebook goes everywhere with me so I'm sure not to miss anything. :) Thanks for the note. It's good to "see" you.
