I stole this idea from my blog buddy Nicole. I really really want to get back to walking again. I'm hoping keeping track of it here online will help.
When I was pregnant I did pretty good about walking 30 minutes, 3-4 days a week. Then I had an episode of pre-term labor and I had to stop. Somehow I still only gained 4 lbs with this pregnancy, but I needed to loose some before. So while 4 lbs is good, there is still more to go.
Today we had WONDERFUL weather and I took Laiken out for a walk. She hates her car seat so much I was a little worried about taking her out. I think the cool air and being able to look around helped because she did pretty good. I think I walked close to a mile (still need to check) and she only started fussing about the last 2 minutes of the walk. I thought that was GREAT! As soon as we got home, she ate for about 7 minutes and crashed. Yea!! Now I'd like to go sleep, but I have quite a bit to do today. Oh well!

You are doing great! Keep up the good work. I haven't been to the gym in a week thanks so sick kids, and I can feel it. I actually miss exercise.
Thanks Nicole! I didn't go this weekend because I took those days off, plus it was hotter. I also didn't go yesterday because Laiken has a cold already. :( I'm debating about going today since she's still snotty. I guess we'll see when she wakes up.
I am dreading cold and flu season - just dreading it!!!
I am with you on the diet and exercise though - and my baby is 2!!!! You are doing great.
