I'm so excited because my little sister and I are taking my two big girls to see Lion King on stage. My girls are acting excited, but I don't think they will really get it until it starts. It's fun though to go "hang out with Aunt Lindsay," so they're excited about that.
I'm also excited because my Faith Sharing is finished! Whew! That was really tough to write and read. I knew that my parents' divorce was tough on me, but thinking about it now really made me see why I am the way I am.
Faith Sharing is intended to just be a basic history of when you were close to God and when you might have turned away. So, there is still a lot more that I didn't share and I imagine I will have to confront later.
It was kind of funny because I kept telling myself to slow down while I was reading. I didn't want to be rushing, but I would get to a boring part and think "oh there's a more interesting part coming up," and would try to hurry to it. How silly!

There was a lot that I realized while doing this. One thing that really stood out to me though, was that my Step-Mom tried so hard to make a "normal" family for us, even in those strange circumstances. She deserves a lot more credit that I had realized in the past. THANK YOU!
