Today's problems are never too much for Christians.
It's only when tomorrow's problems are added to today's
that our load is too much to carry.
Jesus said: Don't worry about tomorrow. It will take care of itself. You have enough to worry about today.
I love this!! When dear hubby told me about the air, I was a bit worried but I prayed about it and waited on God to show us what would happen.
The air conditioner is NOW WORKING! Yea!!!

Cooler Days are here again!
Matthew 6:34
There are many things we need to be thankful for here. One is that we have had a few cold fronts go through this week so being without the upstairs air hasn't been that bad. We've all actually been able to sleep in our own beds instead of downstairs in the living room to get air. The baby has had a few issues because her door has been open, but nothing major.
The next thing we're thankful for is that it was only around $200 this time. That is a huge difference compared to replacing the whole unit a month ago. We found out the recent storms we've had probably caused a surge and blew the fuse. Because of this, dear hubby is going to try to find a super duper surge protector. The blower is just connected to a regular outlet. If this keeps us from having to replace a $2400 piece of equipment, I'm all for it.
So the air is now running and I'm excited to get home and feel the difference! Halleluah! Thanks be to God!
I'm curious though, how many of you have had to replace an air conditioner unit less than 10 years after your house was built? Mine was built in 1998 and we bought it in 2004. The air conditioner unit outside only lasted 9 years. That just doesn't seem very good. Let me know if you've had the same experience. I'm wondering if it's just me........:)

Oh my gosh, no, thank God! I would die if my air conditioner broke. I'm such a wimp. :)
Being in Texas it's really a pain. Of course, it always breaks down during the hottest part of summer. My mother's used to do it EVERY summer.
It seems odd though that ours has had to be replaced less than 10 years old.
