Ughhh...I got to sit through traffic today on my way back from Wichita Falls. Jay told me to go through Denton, but that seems so far out of the way. I did that on my way to Wichita Falls yesterday and it seemed to take forever!
So, all was going well until I get to I35. I wanted to go north, but they had cones set up & forced me to go South to the next exit. I figured I would turn around, head back north and be home in no time.
For some reason, the cops didn't have the cones set up at the exit. So we had to wait at a complete stop on an off ramp while they figured out what they were going to do. We must have sat there at least 5 minutes not moving at all. Finally, we got going again!
The thing that irritated me was that they didn't already have the cones set up on the exit. They had signs telling you, you had to go that way, but when you got there, they weren't ready.
I'm glad to be home finally!
