I'm trying hard to get back into the swing of things after Easter, my grandmother's funeral and now getting sick. My 2 year old started with a cough and fever and it has spread to the baby and I. Oh boy! I have been trying hard to fight it because I just don't have time to get sick, but today it kicked me in the rear. I worked most of the day, but finally had to leave and come home to rest. I did get a couple of hours, but still feel like I've been run over. Let's hope I start to get over this. There is just too much to do.
Somehow in the middle of the crazy week that I've had, I started wondering if there are blogs out there that aren't geared specifically towards making money. Isn't the blogosphere getting a little saturated with these types of blogs?
I'm curious if there are others out there that blog simply for sharing their thoughts, opinions, etc. without expecting something in return. If you have one of those blogs, leave a comment. I'd like to learn what others use their blogs for besides making money.
EDITED TO ADD: Yes, I do have a link to the Miracle Blanket in my side bar. However, I don't expect to make money off of it. I simply LOVE the blanket. I didn't get to use it until I had my 4th and wish so much that I had had it with my other 3. It is my "must have" that I tell new moms about.

I don't make a dime from my blog. Every once in a while I get to review a product and give something away, but I don't get paid. I blog because I like it.
Thanks Nicole! That's the way I am. I just like doing it. Also, it's a great way to meet new friends. Just think, we wouldn't have met if it weren't for our blogs. We should get together sometime soon. Just imagine us together somewhere with our 9 KIDS! :)
Even though I have BlogHer ads on my blog, I really don't do it for the money (especially since I haven't made any). I guess I just do it to have my say.
Hi! I follow you on Twitter. I have been blogging for 4 years and never made a dime. I did add Google adwords, but that's not why I started the blog. It keeps friends and family feeling closer to us through pictures and knowing what we are doing.
Thanks so much for your feedback! It's nice to know that there are some of us out there that just blog for the heck of it. :)
Not just 9 kids, but 7 girls and only two boys! Hello attention magnets!
