Still hanging in there.......

I went to the doctor last week and didn't post about it yet because I was so disappointed. I was really hoping to get some type of encouraging news, something that would keep me going until the next appointment. Unfortunately that didn't happen. :(

I thought for sure they would put me on weekly visits, but they didn't. I just knew that the baby had turned and was now in the right position. NO. And even though I didn't expect it, I was so hoping the doc would induce me a week or two early. NOPE! He said he'd do it, but only 3 DAYS before my due date. Whoop T Do. Might as well just let her do whatever she's going to at that point.

I know, I know.....she'll come out when she's good and ready, but every one of us who has been 9 months pregnant knows that it is NOT fun at the end and we're just ready to be somewhat normal again and get to see our new baby!

Even with all my whining, I know it's best for her to stay put for a while longer. I just have to find a way to keep my mind occupied until she does decide to come. Otherwise I start getting stir crazy and even grumpier than I have been the last 9 months. :) My poor family.....

I will try to post again later. Jay took Jacie to see the Wiggles last Sat and bought her the cutest "Dorothy" ballet outfit. She looks so cute, if I do say so myself. Anyway, I want to share the picture of my big girl. It seems like she's growing up so fast now and it makes me sad. She's even already in her big girl bed and doing great so far.

i can't wait to see what you have! My first 4 are girls - then followed by 3 boys - I hope God knows what He's doing! HA! [btwn you and me, I'll take hunger over hormones anyday (boys vs. girls)]

Oh we know. It's another girl! :) Thank goodness I didn't have to change the name of the blog huh?

This house is going to be so full of hormones. I imagine the teen years are going to be a rollercoaster.

Good to hear from you. I know it is hard being pregnant in the summer in TX. I did it 4 times. I'll pray that she turns before it is time to arrive. :)
